توضح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع منصة لينكار (linkarksa.com) بياناتك وتستخدمها وتحميها، وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- عند التسجيل: الاسم، رقم الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني (اختياري)، المدينة، ماركة السيارة وموديلها، والخدمات التي تهمك. ولمزودي الخدمة: اسم الشركة أو العلامة التجارية.
- بيانات تقنية: الصفحة التي سجلت منها ونوع المتصفح والجهاز.
- تحليل الزيارات: نستخدم أداتي Google Analytics وMicrosoft Clarity لفهم طريقة استخدام الموقع، مثل النقرات والتمرير والصفحات المعروضة ونوع الجهاز والموقع التقريبي (الدولة والمدينة)، ومصدر الزيارة، وتسجيلات مجهولة لجلسات التصفح (Clarity). لا تُسجَّل النصوص التي تكتبها في النماذج (مثل رقم الجوال)؛ إذ تخفيها الأداة.
لماذا نستخدمها
- للتواصل معك بخصوص إطلاق لينكار وإرسال الخصم الحصري، ولمزودي الخدمة بخصوص الشراكة.
- لتحسين الموقع وتجربة التسجيل ومعالجة الأخطاء.
ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز)
تستخدم أداتا Google Analytics وMicrosoft Clarity ملفات تعريف الارتباط لتمييز الزيارات وتحليلها. يمكنك حذفها أو منعها من إعدادات متصفحك دون أن يؤثر ذلك على التسجيل.
مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية. يطّلع عليها فريق لينكار فقط، والجهات التي تقدم لنا خدمات تشغيل الموقع: مزوّد الاستضافة، وGoogle وMicrosoft لتحليل الزيارات (سياسة خصوصية Google، بيان خصوصية Microsoft).
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببيانات التسجيل طوال المدة اللازمة للتواصل معك بخصوص الإطلاق، أو حتى تطلب حذفها.
حقوقك
يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو سحب موافقتك على استخدامها، بالتواصل مع فريق لينكار.
التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.

This notice explains how LINKAR (linkarksa.com) collects, uses and protects your data, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia.
What we collect
- When you register: your name, mobile number, email (optional), city, car brand and model, and the services you are interested in. For service providers: the company or brand name.
- Technical data: the page you registered from and your browser and device type.
- Visit analytics: we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used, such as clicks, scrolling, pages viewed, device type, approximate location (country and city), where the visit came from, and anonymous recordings of browsing sessions (Clarity). Text you type into forms (such as your mobile number) is not recorded; the tool masks it.
Why we use it
- To contact you about LINKAR's launch and send your exclusive discount, and to contact service providers about partnership.
- To improve the site and the registration experience, and to fix errors.
Cookies
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity use cookies to recognise and analyse visits. You can delete or block them in your browser settings; registering still works.
Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Only the LINKAR team has access to it, plus the companies that run the site for us: our hosting provider, and Google and Microsoft for visit analytics (Google privacy policy, Microsoft privacy statement).
How long we keep it
We keep registration data for as long as we need to contact you about the launch, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent to its use, by contacting the LINKAR team.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
